Typically, groups meet for an hour each week. Some people attend individual therapy in addition to groups, while others participate in groups only.

We have a life coach and Reiki practitioner on our team who focuses on releasing self-sabotaging behaviors and trapped emotions which may manifest as physical pain in the body.
During the Covid pandemic, we began walk therapy as an option for clients who were uncomfortable coming into our physical office. We continue to offer walk therapy as it is beneficial to both physical and mental health.
Pets can be very healing and provide calm and comfort for children or adults during times of challenge or stress. Sometimes a client will request to have our therapy dog present during their session, which we enthusiastically support. We also utilize our therapy dog for children who have pet phobias which they want to overcome.
